The DMX HUB-1 is designed as a remote control, DMX, interface where multiple product control is required or where the products needing control do not have on-board DMX. The HUB-1 has a DMX input and DMX link as well as 4 individual contact closure outputs – each terminated in a PowerCon connection. The 4 PowerCon outputs have 0V contacts, rated at 5A@230V, and DO NOT provide power. In addition, there are two analogue/variable outputs, namely; 0-10V and PWM both of which are linked to channel 5.
The contact closures are useful for switching items such as the WS-1 water spritz or for interrupting the power supply to products in the field. The 0-10V and the PWM outputs can be used to control motor speed, variable speed fans and other products that require a variable input.
The DMX HUB-1 is also available in special configurations (to order), including; stainless steel construction, specialist colours and 110V 60HZ for U.S. applications.
